Kate Krueger is an inventor, scientist, and thought leader on the future of food. She is currently Research Director at New Harvest, a research institute that funds innovations in food engineering. Before New Harvest, she worked at Perfect Day Foods, contributing to their groundbreaking patent on novel milk proteins. Kate holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Yale University, and she is passionate about using technology for the betterment of society. She has been interviewed by journals including Nature, the Anthropocene, and the New Yorker, and has shared her work through numerous presentations, podcasts and articles.
