Eva is the scientific co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Peace of Meat. Peace of Meat is a B2B supplier of cultured meat and advancing the technology for cultivated fat and liver to supply it to customers in the food industry as an ingredient to help them making their products tasty, healthy and sustainable. The company is forging scientific and commercial partnerships to cover the entire value chain, to speed up research and production processes and to incentivize the industry in general.
Eva is scientist by heart and obsessed by deep-rooted understanding as well as the design of most delicious cell-based food on a molecular level -from a single cell to the final end product.
Before Peace of Meat she built up the food division at the Israeli cultured meat startup Supermeat.
Eva enjoys working from exotic places all around the world, reading, writing and eating ice cream.
